Best Western Plus Philadelphia Convention Center Hotel

The air conditioning unit really needed cleaned. The shower should have a grab bar in it because if you held the door bar, the door opened, and water got on the floor. But it was a nice room, bed clean and comfy, and we enjoyed the stay. Breakfast should have had the eggs kept hotter, but they were good. Coffee machine is excellent because you can choose strength you want. All in all, we would stay there again if we ever came back to Philly. We would give it a good rating. All personnel were very nice.

The room itself was very clean and spacious, with lots of amenities. I used the TV and the ironing board. The bathroom had great supplies. The staff was welcoming. The offerings at breakfast in the morning were ample and enjoyable. I also appreciated the extra security of locking the doors to the outside at night.

The room was clean, it was near a hub (City Hall), free hot & cold breakfast was a plus, there was a gym, each room had a fridge/freezer, cleaning was frequent, front desk was patient, and everyone was knowledgeable about the area. For a budget hotel, there were a surprising amount of amenities.

Good size rooms, shower pressure was wonderful, wifi was good. Dominic and Mariza at the front desk were very helpful.

Hotel was located on a main road in Philly. It was easy to find, secure, clean, and the check-in was quick and easy - the two men who helped were personable and professional. The room was spotless and quiet. The continental breakfast was fine - a little bonus for staying overnight. Parking was directly across the street. Would stay there again if visiting the area.
